On Saturday, March 7th, from 10 am-1 pm, AYD and Arlington Dems will volunteer with Phoenix Bikes. We’ll first meet at Phoenix Bikes (909 S. Phoenix Bikes is a small business in South Arlington with strong ties to their community. Their programs teach teens a trade and provide them with transportation, which is nothing short of inspirational. Participants in their youth program not only learn to refurbish and rebuild a bike to give to someone else, but also receive one in return.
